Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) emanate from radar, broadcast transmission towers, microwave ovens, cellular phones, wireless local area networks (WLANs), power lines (50/60 Hz) and many other sources. All populations, where ever they are, now exposed to varying degrees of EMF. The exposure to EMF will continue to increase as technology advances. To protect public health and to answer the public perception of risk, the WHO established "International EMF Project" in 1996 (Ref. http://www.who.int/peh-emf/project/EMF_Project/en/). However, the research results are often contradictory, creating confusion, breaking confidence and building more public concern. So the question remains "How do you campaign to resolve issues?".
